1. Can I purchase the frame only?
Yes. You can purchase the frame by itself without adding prescription lenses.
2. How do I add prescription lenses to my frame?
Add your frame to the cart, then select Choose Your Lenses to choose the lens type, index, and available lens options you need. Add the lenses to your cart and complete checkout with your frame.
3. Do I need a prescription to order prescription lenses?
Yes. A valid prescription is required before prescription lens production can begin. You will also need to manually enter your prescription values.
4. How will you know which lenses belong to my frame?
We will match the selected lenses with the corresponding Rimcoo frame during order preparation. If you are ordering multiple pairs, we recommend placing each frame with its matching lenses in the same order whenever possible.
5. Can I order lenses without having them fitted into a frame?
Yes. If you prefer uncut round lenses, leave a note with your order and we can supply the lenses in their original uncut form.
6. How do I know whether a frame will fit me?
Please check the frame measurements shown in the product details and compare them with a pair of glasses that already fits you comfortably.

Tracking & Delayed Packages
Tracking information will normally be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking may take approximately 1–3 business days to begin updating after shipment.

Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs-clearance fees, or similar charges depending on the destination.
Where checkout or the selected shipping method expressly states that applicable import charges are prepaid or included, Rimcoo will handle those charges as indicated.
Where such charges are not stated as included or prepaid, they may be collected by local customs authorities or delivery carriers and may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Eligible non-customized products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Our Error
If Rimcoo confirms that an item arrived damaged, is defective, was incorrectly supplied, or was manufactured incorrectly by us, Rimcoo will cover the reasonable cost of the approved return or provide an appropriate return method.
Change of Mind or Other Eligible Non-Defective Returns
For eligible returns that are not caused by a product defect or Rimcoo error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible standard returns.

Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received, it will be inspected.
