How to Order Glasses Online
Ordering glasses from Rimcoo is simple. You can purchase an eyeglass frame on its own, or pair it with lenses to create a complete pair of glasses.
Step 1: Choose Your Frame
Browse our eyeglass frames and choose the style and color you like.
Once you've found your preferred frame, add it to your cart.
If you only need the frame, you can add it to your cart and check out, or simply purchase it directly from the product page.
Step 2: Add Lenses If You Need Them
If you'd like to pair your frame with lenses, you can first add the frame to your cart, then look for the Choose Your Lenses button on the product page.
This is the easiest way to keep your frame and lenses together in the same cart and check out as one order.
If you've already purchased your frame, simply choose and purchase the lenses you need.
Click Choose Your Lenses to view the available lens options and continue with your lens selection.
If lens options aren't shown where you're viewing the product, try scrolling to find Visit Rimcoo and continue to our online store. Once there, look for Choose Your Lenses.
You can also choose your lenses first and add them to your cart, then select your frame afterward.
Step 3: Select Your Lenses
Choose the lens type and options that suit your needs.
Depending on the available options, you may be able to choose from:
- Single vision lenses
- Reading lenses
- Progressive or multifocal lenses
- Photochromic lenses
- Other available lens options
For prescription lenses, a valid prescription is required before lens production can begin.
Please make sure your prescription is clear, complete, and matches the lens options you select.
Step 4: Purchase Your Lenses
Once you've selected the lenses you need and completed the required prescription information, you can either add the lenses to your cart or purchase them directly.
If your frame is already in the cart, simply add your lenses and check out with both items together.
If you've already purchased your frame, simply purchase the lenses you need. We'll match the frame and lens orders when preparing your glasses.
Whether purchased together or separately, we'll match the applicable frame and lenses during preparation.
Prefer uncut round lenses?
Just leave us a note with your order, and we can send the lenses in their original uncut round form instead.
Ordering More Than One Pair?
If you're ordering multiple frames with lenses, we recommend adding all of the frames and lenses you need to your cart first.
When you're ready to check out, first select one frame and its matching lenses in your cart, then check out with them together as one order.
Then return to your cart, select the next frame together with its matching lenses, and complete a separate checkout for your second pair.
Repeat this process for any additional pairs.
Placing each frame together with its matching lenses as a separate order helps us clearly identify which lenses belong with each frame during preparation.
Step 5: We Prepare Your Glasses
Once your frame and lens orders have been placed, we will review the selected frame, lens options, and prescription information.
If the frame and lenses were purchased separately, we will match the corresponding orders before preparing your glasses.
The lenses will then be prepared according to the prescription and options submitted with the order and fitted to the corresponding frame.
Prescription and customized lenses require additional preparation time before shipment. If any required prescription information is unclear or incomplete, we may contact you before production begins.
After your glasses have been prepared and dispatched, available tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
