How to Get Your Eyeglass Prescription
Rimcoo does not provide eye examinations or issue eyeglass prescriptions.
To obtain a prescription for glasses, please visit a qualified optometrist, ophthalmologist, or other licensed eye-care professional for an eye examination.
After your eye exam, ask for a copy of your eyeglass prescription and keep it available when ordering prescription lenses from Rimcoo.
We also recommend asking your eye-care professional to measure and record your Pupillary Distance (PD).
What Is PD?
PD, or Pupillary Distance, is the distance in millimeters between the centers of your pupils.
PD may not always appear on an eyeglass prescription, but it is an important measurement when preparing your lenses and helps us position the lenses correctly for your eyes.
If your prescription does not include your PD, you can ask your eye-care professional to measure it for you, or measure it yourself using our guide.
